Why we process it
We process this information so you can prepare job applications with evidence-grounded matching, document readiness checks, and drafting assistance inside ApplyGauge.
AI processing
Some features use AI providers to extract structured facts or draft wording. ApplyGauge is designed so AI wording stays grounded in your verified evidence and confirmed job requirements. You remain responsible for reviewing accuracy before you apply.
Storage and access
Uploaded and generated files are kept in private storage. Product data is isolated to your signed-in account using server-side ownership checks.
Usage analytics
We may review aggregate usage metrics to improve the product. Analytics are not intended to expose raw CV text, job description text, or generated prose beyond the authoritative product records you already manage in-app.
Retention
ApplyGauge retains product data while your account remains in use unless you clear it from Account. Historical generated artifacts remain part of your account history until cleared.
Export and clearing data
Signed-in candidates can export a JSON copy of account data and clear ApplyGauge product content from Account. Clearing product data removes CVs, jobs, evidence, and generated artifacts while keeping your login and any historical access record. Binary files are not included in the JSON export; use in-app download actions for those files.
